How fast do you ship?+
Orders placed before 2pm ET are processed the same business day. Domestic orders arrive within 2–4 business days.
Do you ship internationally?+

Storage & Handling
How should I store lyophilized peptides?+
Store lyophilized product at -20°C, protected from light and moisture. Long-term storage is stable for 24+ months.
How long is a reconstituted vial stable?+
Once reconstituted, most peptides remain stable at 2–8°C for up to 30 days. Refer to each product page for specific guidance.
What solvent should I use for reconstitution?+
Bacteriostatic water is standard for most peptides. Some hydrophobic peptides may require alternative diluents.
